She was surprised by her test results, having been sure she was an Eight. I recently worked with an Enneagram Seven senior leader. And those might not even be the words that you would use to describe your sensations of conflict. What makes me feel icky and squeamish and worried is not necessarily the same for you. What you define as conflict is not what I might define as conflict.
